PUBLIC COMPLAINTS AND HEARINGS

Navarro College Board of Trustees understands that it is reasonable and expected that persons from time to time will have complaints. The District President shall develop procedures for persons to make complaints known and seek resolution through administrative channels. Such procedures shall detail appeal rights and procedures for appealing complaints.
